how to make threaded rod inside a cylinder and then rotate it ?

hellow,

i want to make a threaded shaft using design accelerator, and then i want to make a threaded cylinder that the shaft will go inside as can be seen in the link :

what i want to do is to rotate the threaded rod in order to make the cylinder sliding on the shaft - i mean appliyng torque in a dynamic simulation .

how i can do that ?
