Enhanced Attribute Editor doesn't open after inserting dynamic block

When i used to insert by various blocks into dwg files the enhanced attibute editor used to open automatically. However now it doesn't. If i open the blocks on another computer and insert them the enhanced attribute editor opens automatically.

Whats going wrong.

Attdia already = 1 and I have repaired install which did nothing, then reinstalled which did nothing. I am about ready to throw my computer out the window.

Man i love this place. So i use cad from two different machines, my house, my office. I noticed for some reason at the house when i insert a block, i have to hit enter through all the attributes, but at the office the atteditor displays upon inserting a block.

attdia was different at the house.
