Default Dynamic Stretch Parameter in Increments

How would I set a stretch action in a dynamic block to stretch in increments of 0.1in? (without setting the grid on the model, because this method will be used for many blocks with different increments.)

This isn't a detail I can really write off as an expense here. If you've got any tips, I could really use them

Select the Parameter you have the Stretch Action set to, and open the Properties palette... the option to increment is in the Value Set option.
