Default Where has my 3D Move Gizmo gone?

Hi guys I wonder if you can help me with this small issue I’m having.

I’m currently running through this 3D Mesh Tutorial on YouTube:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tI5EyFw4agM

Whenever I select the Mesh object I’m drawing my Gizmo doesn’t appear.

DEFAULTGIZMO is set to value 0
GTAUTO is set to value 1

    Any help would be great.

    Thanks

Thanks very much for that guys that worked well.

I also noticed under the Render tab in the tutorial he has a panel called ‘Edge Effects’ but I don’t seem to have that, how can I add that panel in?

    Thanks
