Extrude along path with tapper angle in VBA

I started visiting this forum not long ago but now I really like it, one can find really interestig things here. Can someone help me with the following:

I need to programatically (in VBA) create a tappered pipe. The problem is that I don't know how to define the tapper angle when extruding along path. This could easily be done manually, but can someone help me how to do it in vba?
