save a geometry at .sat file

Dear All.

 

I have a problem with saving of a geometry at .sat file.

The geometry which have is two obgects. These objects described by two close surface comprised by a set triangular pieces.

When i try to save these thw geometries at .sat file, command line tell me to choose my objects and when i choose it i take this message:

The object isnt solid.

 

what must i do here?

 

I want to input this geometry in Gambit software which respect only sat files.

From your AutoCAD Help file:

 

"You can export trimmed NURBS surfaces, regions, and 3D solids to an ACIS file in ASCII (SAT) format."

 

It sounds like you might have surfaces instead.
