sinnerboy Posted July 18, 2010 Share Posted July 18, 2010 Hi everyone - newbie here . I need to datalink a lot of Excell information -Architectural Door Schedules - into AutoCAD ( LT2009) . I am using the paste special command - pasted as AutoCAD entities . ( The client insists - I must not paste as Excell entities ) . My problem is that I have a series of banner headings across the top where the text is rotated to read vertically . The paste special always collapses the vertical text to horizontal - and thus expands all the cells below such that the table quadruples in width . It looks awful and does not fit on the sheet . Now I can fix it using change properties to manipulate the cell widths - but this slow - oh so slow . Anyone know a better fix ? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
