Does anyone know if there is a command line prompt for the Add Attribute function? I'm writing a script and haven't been able to find any reference to it in my reference material. Thanks

No, -ATT is the same as -ATTDEF which defines an attribute. The command I'm attempting to invoke actually adds an attribute to a predefined block, but thanks for trying.![]()

I've come to the conclusion that the task I was trying to accomplish can't be done with a script because the "utility" within the command "Add Attribute" is not currently supported. If the I/O modules had been assembled in a "block" format as opposed to "parametrically" built, it would have been as simple as updating the affected blocks and replacing them throughout the Project. It's a rare circumstance that you would ever have to do that at the end of a job, but on the rare occasion that you might, it sure is less expensive to be able to, as opposed to manually manipulating each I/O module.
