What I want to happen is that when I rotate the arm in the upper left corner that the circle moves with the arm which it does but that also the vertical line and horizontal line remain horizontal and vertical. I got them to do that but it is like they scale when I move the arm. I put the Vertical restraint on the vertical line and the horizontal on the horizontal line and the coincident to keep the lines centered in the circle. I would appreciate some help on this please.
