Autocad 2011- Clean uninstall.

I am trying to reinstall Autocad 2011 but the program says that it is already installed.

I've tried the fix for a 'Clean Uninstall' from the Autodesk site but it does not work for 2011.

Somewhere there is a hidden file or entry that the installing procedure looks at.

Are there any gurus out there that can shed some light on 2011.

thanks

There is no need for multiple threads on the same subject.

You may have overlooked something. Aren't there a couple of folders that have to be cleaned out manually?

Did you shut down your computer then reboot after you did the uninstall?

This is a word for word copy & paste of the original post from more than two years ago. What's up with that? I have seen odd things before, but the bar is a little higher now.
