bodejodel
Hi, I love the new Hatch method in AutoCAD 2011, but not the "pick point" mode it automatically starts. It would be perfect if I could set it to "Select boundary objects" by default. Is it possible to change that? Thanks!
bodejodel
Is there really no system variable like "sethatchselectionmode" or something similar?
JBullseye74
I think i know what you mean... earlier versions if you used Select Boundary Objects earlier it would automatically use this as default when you select 'match properties'. However with 2011 it changes back each time you select Hatch. Its pretty quick just pretting 'S' after you have selected Hatch though. I use keyboard entry for most as its faster so if you press 'H' 'right click' 'S' 'right click' you can do it this way and its ruddy quick But in answer to your question no i don't think you can
bodejodel
Indeed, that's what I do now, but I try to minimize my clicking... The ribbon cui makes me click enough already...
