Default Printing raster images in 2000i

I must be having a brain fart or something but I am trying to print a raster image in 2000i. It will not print the raster file!! I scanned in a site plan of a propertry and scaled it up to scale and overlayed a cad file of a building that the owner wants to develop. Well all of the cad lines print but the raster file does not. I thought for sure this was possible. what am I leaving out!!

Is the hide objects option selected,in your plot options of your page setup? Some plotters are also unable to plot raster images from what I've heard.
