Hotfix - "show all version" checkbox unavailable in explorer (simplified chinese only

The "Show all version" checkbox is unavailable in explorer, user is unable to view history for parts:- The problem was observed on the Vault side and the issue has been fixed in "Connectivity.Explorer.Document.resources.dll" .
