Annotation- Drawing Title-Metric

When you insert the drawing title it always post a scale of 1 to 1 is there a way to have this automatically adjust to whatever view port you put it in??

ok so when you drag the "drawing title-metric" block from the annotation tab of your toolbar pallet is there a way to have it automatically fill in the correct scale or is this something you must do manually each time.

If you are inserting the title block into a layout then the default of 1:1 will always be correct. After all, your viewports can be assigned any scale but when you print you do so from your layout at a scale of 1:1.
