Tiger
Hey Folks, I have two new LIN-files that are giving me grief. I have put them in the same folder as the ACADISO.lin and head into AutoCAD and the Layer Manager and try to load the linetype. When I come to the Linetype load box it just says: when I count the lines, line 14 is the first line with a linetype, they all look the same along the lines of this: *BH90-PMA-V,Projekterad Vattenledning. Metod A. A,5,["V",STANDARD,X=0,Y=.5],5 Does anyone see what is wrong? I know next to nothing about linetypes...
NBC
Is it anything to do with the full stops in the first line of the code you posted ? vair strange, I just created that linetype using your code, and it worked fine. Edited September 29, 2010 by NBC tested out the code, but works ok
Tiger
Ok, mistake is one me, I tried a linetype from the second LIN-file but the one I posted I got from the first - and specific one works for me too. Here's one that I am sure that I can't get to work - anyone wanna play Fine Five Faults? *BH90-BMA-V,Befintlig Vattenledning. Metod A. A,10,["V",STANDARD,X=0,Y=.5,S=2],10,[bEFINTLIG,BH90K.SHX,S=0.5,X=-1.5,Y=-0.75] And I think I spotted the culprit: BH90K.shx...
NBC
Looks like it could be a culprit.. Do you have that particular shape file? If so, is it's location in any of the folders contained within your Support File Search Path ?
Tiger
I don't have it, I will request that too from the client and get back to you.
