KeithXP
I have a routine whose last function inserts a block including a multiline attribute. If I insert the block manually, when I click the ellipsis to edit the multiline value, the text editor appears roughly in the middle of my screen. When inserted via AutoLISP, the text edit appears at the extreme edge of the Autocad window, often causing it to scroll during text entry. Is there any chance of changing this? thanks

KeithXP
No, you misunderstand me. The position of the attribute is fine. It is the text editor that appears to allow you to type the value for the multiline attribute which is popping up at the edge of the screen. thx
CADkitt
Aha this made it a bit more clear for me: I have a routine whose last function inserts a block including a multiline attribute. If I insert the block manually, when I click the ellipsis to edit the multiline value, the dialog appears roughly in the middle of my screen. When inserted via AutoLISP, the dialog appears at the extreme edge of the Autocad window, often causing it to scroll during text entry. Is there any chance of changing this? thanks But I have no idea then srry.
