You may have a simple task here, or you may not. The simple task is to right-click on the style in the Settings tab of Toolspace, which should give you a Delete option, which you select. The not-simple task happens when you don't get that option. Some other style depends on your point style, so you can't delete the point style until you've deleted that other style. You also need to delete every object that uses the style(s). You'll see an orange triangle before the style name if it's in use.

Without having your drawing to look at, we can only offer general suggestions. There is something else in the drawing that you must delete before you can delete the point style. It might be the default style for a point group, a marker style, a label style, a point in the drawing, any number of things.

Looking at it another way, is it critical that you delete this style? You could rename and redefine it. It shouldn't hurt anything if you leave it as is.

Thanks for the help guys, got the ball rolling already, got mixed up that’s all I can say, and re-naming is definitely the easiest way....third day on civil 3d
