justanothajoe
I'm running AutoCAD 2011 and I have a persistent problem. I've noticed that when switching from paper space into model space I lose my cursor. The cursor is in fact still there but invisible. From time to time simply switching back into paper and returning to model will fix the problem but sometimes saving and restarting AutoCAD is necessary. Does anyone else ever have this problem and if so have you found a better way to get around it? Thanks for the time and have a blessed day! BlackBox
My first thought was a simple crosshair color issue, but if the issue is intermittent, then I am unsure of the root cause. Does your computer meet all of the AutoCAD 2011 System Requirements?
justanothajoe
My PC meets the requirements though not by much. I use a cursor with exceptionally long cross hairs for alignment and the lot. I appreciate the reply!
Jwilson
I ran into this problem too, but in Topobase 2011. I think they (One of the technicians @ Autodesk) said that it will be fixed in the update to come(for Topobase 2011). But I imagine they will put it in for the next update of AutoCAD 2011.
