3darchi
Hi, Have built a large model in 3dstudioviz 5 and merged it to MAX10 because it has walkthrough assistant, but when I render at 800x600 it aborts saying there's not enough memory for the raytracer to build its acceleration data structures even though I was able to render at 5000x3750 in 3dsviz 5. Is there somehting I need to disable. If it helps - have used one target spot with adv raytrace and one omni plus several RPCs. Please help. Regards, 3darchi
Cad64
What are your full computer specs? What operating system are you running? 32 bit or 64 bit?

Cad64
Well, you only have 3GB RAM available, and the error states that there is not enough memory, so maybe you should try switching to "Ray Traced Shadows" and see if it will render. If that works, then you may need to upgrade to a 64 bit operating system, so you can add more RAM, if you want to use the "Adv. Ray Traced" option.
