pt3
How do I put together 3 floor plans to generate one elevation. I can generate them as one floor elevations but how can this be put together to make a building? I am using AutoCAD Architecture 2010. BIGAL
I dont use Architecture but in old fashioned acad just set your "elevation" to the floor level then just copy the floors based on a common point to a new implied xyz location. If all floors are at elevation 0 then move pick floor 0,0,0 0,0,newht the do as per above. Also Vpoint 1,1,1 will enable you to see whats going on in 3d if your 3 floors can be picked for common points bottom of wall to top of wall in other floor then use move this works in 3d as well as 2d if you pick 3d points.
