Write Permission Denied

I believe an overzealous cleanup of my computer deleted a registry file that caused Autocad to crash frequently. I ran the program repair and it fixed the crashing problem, but my toolbars were missing. When I open up the CUI and try to do anything at all, I get an error message that says Write permission denied. Unable to create:'C\Documents and Settings\Release Engineer.MACROVISION\ ApplicationData\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2007\R170.0\enu\support\acad.cui'. I unistalled/reinstalled Autocad and downloaded the SP2 for Autocad 2007, but the issue remains.

I turned off the UAC and everything is working fine. Now to figure out how to block Autocad from UAC control so I can turn it back on....Any ideas?

As quoted from the Daily Reviewer dot com website:

You can try running the application with Administrative privileges to circumvent it. Right click the applications executable > click Run as Administrator.

Instructions for turning off UAC available John Barnetts Vista FAQ page:
