jcourtenay
I am having a problem accessing AutoCAD files from a network share, however they will open locally, have determined that it is not a network issue because all other files on the drive open fine, does anyone know how to resolve this? ReMark
What is the exact nature of the problem? Are you getting any type of error message? Have to checked to make sure the "paths" to these files are clearly defined in AutoCAD? Are any paths overly long (more than 250 characters)? jcourtenay
Error Message says: "There was a problem sending the command to the program", then it says something like "file location cant be found" and opens up with a blank drawing. ReMark
Were you trying to open a specific file that is stored on the network?

ReMark
No kidding? Who would have guessed. Have you verified the path to the file?
