Title blocks can you make oles into blocks.

Dear People,

I have being trying all day to make a title block with an image. I have embeded the ole onto the block but cant attach it. Please help me before I CRY. I have exploded the block and tried to redefine it, no good. If it is a limitation od ACAD ? How can you put an image on a title block with out having to send two files. Using Acad 2002.........

Preferred method = Insert the image, trace over it using AutoCAD entities. Detach image.

How can you put an image on a title block with out having to send two files. Using Acad 2002.........
