Has anyone had success with any free PDF to DWG conversion software? I have tried several, but none have worked successfully. Thanks in advance.

Cool Thanks
Closest I can get to a "free" converter is using GhostScript, GSView and PStoEdit. That would allow saving to DXF from the PDF. Note however that PStoEdit (which is the actual converter) only works on 32bit windows.
All that said, PDFs could be normal image files (especially if they're scanned). And even if they are vector, don't rely on their accuracy. If they are raster files, (i.e. scanned or printed as image) then the only 2 options you have is to convert them to images (i.e. JPG, TIF, GIF, BMP, etc.) and then ImageAttach in ACad and trace over them. Or google for Raster to Vector Converter. In this case they're usually even worse at accuracy though.
Thanks for the info. I did try pdf2cad and it worked really well for vector pdfs to dxf. $200 though after the 30 day trial runs out. Again Thanks
