Land Desktop 3 - when wblocking items can I prevent the layer manager sheets from appearing in the new drawing created - or is there a lisp or other dialogue that can delete all layer manager settings at once?

What is a "layer manager sheet"?

"When you save a sheet style, the layer settings for the current drawing are also saved. This is a useful, time-saving feature when generating sheets since all of the required layers have their color and linetype set automatically.
When you generate a sheet, the layer for a label or grid style is automatically created if it doesn't already exist. However, the color of the layer is white. To get around this, use the LAYER command to set the color and linetype of all attached labels and grids before saving the sheet style. Then, when you save the sheet style, the layer settings are saved with the <sheetstyle>.sdb file, and when the annotation is created during sheet generation, it has the appropriate color and linetype"
