AutoCAD 2007 Trial Version activation question

Hi,

A few years ago I purchased the book "Mastering AutoCAD 2007 and AutoCAD LT 2007" by George Omura. The book came with the Trial version of AutoCAD 2007 valid for 30 days. I have not yet installed the AutoCAD 2007 Trial version on my computer.

What I would like to do now is install the software and do whatever it takes to keep it active beyond the 30 day trial period.

I am a member of the Autodesk Education Community and know that I can download student versions AutoCAD 2010 or AutoCAD 2011 for free to use for 3 years.

However, since I have AutoCAD 2007 on CD-ROM and the a few books that cover AutoCAD 2007 I prefer to use AutoCAD 2007 beyond the 30 day trial period.

How can I make this (activate AutoCAD 2007 beyond the 30 day trial period) happen? What steps can I take? I can not find anything on the Autodesk web site that facilitates this kind of activation.

Thank you!!
