C3D 2011 - bandset problems - random information

I have created some new bandsets, inserting labels and ticks from my surface profile and also my manual profile at the vertical geometry points of my manual profile. In addition to this, I also have labels and ticks turned on at major chainages.

Problem - I keep getting random information being inserted in the wrong place. EG, chainage 1800 comes in at around chainage 1875.

The problem appear to be with the start and end labels of each profile but switching these off on each profile view has no effect.

Is there a solution to either:

a) put these back in the correct place
b) remove these appart from manually because they keep coming back
