Using fields in texts vs. tables

Hello,

I've been creating the block of a pump, when I insert this block, I would like the info from the attributes to display in a text OR in an autoCAD Table. I used fields, so if the pump info is modified, both text or table will update the info.

Works fine, but each time I insert my pump, I have to create a new text OR table, and link all the attributes again and again, depending of how many pumps are required.

I made a block containing the block of the Pump, the text & the table that I can explode, the goal is that everytime I insert my pump, text & table will be linked and info will be displayed. But there's something wrong with the table fields are not linked with the newly inserted pump.

I made an exemple showing step by step what's happenning.
