    The grass and plantings are excellent. I like the accent tile insert on the columns. The iron work looks very good as well. I don't think a that there is tree is made that looks totally real in CG. The ones in the background look good, just a bit too even bottom height. Here in SE Virginia, you see that at the edge of a forested area 'cause that's the height the deer can reach. Very nice work! -David

    Yes, I agree with you about 3D plants and trees. They just never look very good, so whenever possible, I try to use photo images instead. But I like the shadows I get from the 3D trees. I'm still looking for a way to get the best of both worlds. I'm thinking next time maybe I will try to use the 3D trees as placeholders, to generate shadows, and then replace them with photo images in Photoshop.
