    Hi All,

As you know a simple hinge has 2 parts. One leaf will attach to the door panel and the other leaf attach to the door frame. I have a whole hinge as an assembly file and I have the whole door in another assembly file using the assembled hinge in it.
Is there any way to open the door and at the same time that side of the assembled hinge which attached to the door panel rotate as well?

    Cheers

    AJ

Why not just bring in the individual hinge components into the door assembly and constrain them there?

Right click on the hinge sub-assembly and set to Flexible.
If you can't figure it out - zip and attach your assembly here.
