While doing my last project, i copied the valves i was using and did not alter the model number of the valves. This way, many of the valves have equal tags.
I was woundering if there's a way to automaticly renumber the tags to make them unique? I have more than 1000 valves in my project![]()

Thanks ReMark but i can't make it work.
The tags i use are like: 65 (diameter)-ME (class)-034 (number).
I was looking for some way to renumber all the tags, starting from 001 for example.
You have to change the block name and the attribute tag in the routine then it should work as far as I can tell.

See post #4.
Open the lisp routine and change the info for those two items (block name and attribute). Save the file after editing.
