My drawings appear small in paper space than they do in model space.
How do i get them to fill the paper space?

In paper space you should be utilizing a viewport to see what you created back in model space. Viewports can be resized using their grips. What scale have you assigned to your viewport?

One question at a time please.

Have you solved the initial problem you posted about at the beginning of this thread?
Do you understand how to use viewports and set the scale so that your drawing fits the viewport?

And please don't lump all of your questions into this one thread. If you have other questions that are unrelated to the topic of this thread, please start a new thread.
