Help!! 3D Extrude or Sweep -- Glass block out in Concrete -- Complex Path

I have this part that need to be extrude along a complex path. However, every time i try this the bottom of the part does not stay parallel the the x-axis.

Any help would be great.

Seems to me that it is following the path, as per the way you have it positioned. I would place and position the profile in a few locations and LOFT, see if that helps.
