I need a lisp fulfill the following commands.

1. Selected polyline
2. MTEXT place to click.(for list)
3. Written to the length of polyline segment

for example,
When clicked on a polyline (rectangle), write the following
a b c d
200 400 200 400
and other select polyline (rectangle), write the following
a b c d
200 400 200 400
500 800 500 800
