robwalker24 Posted June 3, 2011 Share Posted June 3, 2011 Hi all, I am aware that many people have been having problems when plotting True Type Fonts to PDF. It seems that the majority of peoples problems have been solved by setting the Z coordinate to 0 and changing the PDF plotter to plot text as graphics rather than text. My problems is being very persistent. I have a drawing containing lots of Arial TTF text. When I plot the layout to PDF all of the text inside (or ontop) of the viewport appears to have jagged/rough edges and in some cases is unreadable. I have set the Z coordinates for all objects to 0, selected print text as graphics and tried other PDF writers such as cutepdf and primopdf without any real improvement.
