daft vader
I have ever had to use true viewer, but after converting the drawings to 2007 have you tried to open the new files you have created ? also why not ask the architect office to send them to you in 2007 format in the first place ? ReMark
What is the exact wording of the error message they are getting when they try to open your 2007 drawing file using 2012. Have them take a screen shot of the message then post it here.
Organic
It sounds like it has become corrupted to me.
RobDraw
Do you get any errors if you run an audit on the file you sent?
