DANIEL
My coworkers appears to have broken one of our DWG's. When creating a new viewport or copying another viewport it makes the last active viewport inactive, which I admit I don't know how to reactivate. He's using autocad 2004 which finds no errors upon a recover, though when I do a recover in 2007 I find a whole bunch of the following: AcDbHatch(4DFC8) could not be repaired. It will be Erased. Anyone know whats causing this and how to fix/prevent it?
Organic
Try bumping up the MAXACTVP variable to fix the viewports problem.
ReMark
You can have up to 64 active viewports in a single layout. Follow Dink's advice by resetting the system variable at the command line.
