hi There
David,
say Thanks
words of Encouragement are worth their "wait" in gold
you got a great site, and i am getting a fair amount of referals coming in from your resource link, that is cool
obviously you spend (or have more design ability) more Time making your site look really Cool
if you give html lessons keep me in Mind
say, where do you get These Forums at?
This would be really great to have one of These.
let me know
the GetSet Go! is an effort to help people get going
Thanks
Randy
Well, I have a family, a job and all the normal impediments to internet philanthropy but I guess I'm allowed a hobby. You may notice that additions to the site are rather episodic and just now is quite an active period being at the start of the academic year.
You can get the Forum from www.yabbforum.com. It's free and relatively easy to set up. However, I would be delighted if you would like to become a moderator for the VIZ and MAX board on this forum. Save you the bother of setting a Forum up yourself. Let me know what you think.

hi There
David,
This is an Interesting turn of Events.
i have been avoiding getting into to BB to conserve Time and Energy to keep some kind of focus building the viz2k website,
so the Idea of being a Moderator here is quite Intriguing
sign me up (ok, now, what do i have to do?)
i am basically somewhere "near" the Intermediate level, so dont Think of me as some kind of "expert", thats NOT me. i learn by doing.
and i dont have sufficient MAX experience (at all)
my main Interest in getting YABB is to get People to submit MISSING LINKS to VIZ Info, otherwise, there is no actual content at viz2k, just Links to VIZ Info.
so if you could help me get the YABB set up i would gladly be a Moderator for VIZ (at least) someone else (who has actual MAX experience) might be better suited for the MAX moderation.
everyThing in moderation, including moderation
say, lets start a VIZ Ring,
This would help the VIZards find the information that they are looking for.
Thanks
please let me know what you Think about This.
(my son lives with his Mom most of the Time. i am self-employed or is That self-unemployed, spend a LOT of Time looking for work, which is why i spend so much Time working on vz2k, to keep myself from going stir-fried crazy)

It's a deal. I'll make you a moderator. BTW, a moderator doesn't need to be an expert - I reckon you have enough knowledge to point people in the right direction even if you don't know the answer yourself. It's just a case of making sure everything runs smoothly. You will be able to move, delete or edit other peoples postings.
You need to register on this forum first - then I can make you a moderator.
If you get started with the YaBB installation on your site, I'll be glad to help out if you get stuck.
