variable for linetype infill

is there a variable for infill to lines given a global thickness? a bit like what TEXTFILL does for text? see pic - the bottom two are copies of the top with thickness applied. normally they'd be shown solid. thanks.

Are talking about thickness or lineweight? Because for thickness there is no way to show it filled as much I'm aware.

bizarrely resetting the UCS to world did the trick. it was already in world, so i don't know why this happened. tip found at the AUGI forum. any ideas?
