New Smilies

I noticed recently that some of you are linking to external smilies (perhaps because the range here at CADTutor is too limited - no BEER smiley for example). So I thought I should add some new smilies to the library so that you can be more expressive and have more fun. There are 12 new smilies and a few updated smilies. Hope you like them and that it will make your forum experience more streamlined. Here are a few of the new ones:

We need a smilie holding a wooden paddle or a baseball bat for the times when someone asks for a keygen or password or a download link for illegal software.
Or maybe a smilie wearing a police hat and sunglasses.
