follow up on "heidi" problem.

this is a follow up on the "the configuration heidi..." pop up error that i have experienced, there is a thread on this but the only solution which came up is turning off the hardware accelerator which one cad moderator has mentioned it is just a way around the problem and we must know the reason "why" we must turn off our hardware accelerator.

 

one also mentioned that it could be the graphics card that one is using, i followed the instructions given by cad64 which is to clean all autodesk installed, all folders,files, everything, but when i reintalled, the same problem presented itself and this is what i got in the view log:

It means your Graphics card and driver are fine for AutoCAD.

 

Try turning off your screen saver and see if you get this problem.
