One way to do it in 2009 is to model 2 roofs, 1 the construction (rafters, insulation etc) and then the 2nd the tiles

Hello everyone. firstly i think that Daniel Stine book Residential Design Using Revit Architecture 2009 has taught me well - about the basics.
I now would like to delve a little deeper! how do i design a standard pitched roof for a house without the thickness of the roof showing along the verge on the gable wall? In reality the wall goes all the way upto the unerside of the tiles but i don't know how to get this to show in Revit?

Thanks for that, i think i had almost come to that conclusion too! what a 'faff' that seems to be!
