    Default dimension move grip problems

    Registered forum members do not see this ad.

    i can't move the dimension with selecting it's grip because after commanding the dimension has inactive grip point with autocad mechanical 2011.

    Are you saying that the grip is displayed but it is inactive?

    Two possible reasons.

    The layer is locked that the dims reside on.

    If the UCS is not set to the same one that was used when the dim was created then you will see this.
