hello,

 

I have 3d model which i have converted to 2D by using the command Flatten object...now i want to convert or save it in .sat format to import it to GAMBIT environment...while doinh so it is showing an error msg as

No solids, regions or ShapeManager bodies selected.

 

my file is a 2d wiremesh after converting from 3D..i have attached the converted 2d file in .dwg format...

 

kindly advice me...

Properties indicates it is has 300 polylines, 8948 lines and 36 arcs.

 

You will need to make them Regions to export to .sat

 

You can export trimmed NURBS surfaces, regions, and 3D solids to an ACIS file in ASCII (SAT) format. Other objects, such as lines and arcs, are ignored.
