Andy Leach
Have you tried printing the PDF & if so does it still come out thicker in areas or does it come out as it would if you'd plotted the drawing?
ANDY THE ROOKIE
YES Have you tried printing the PDF & if so does it still come out thicker in areas or does it come out as it would if you'd plotted the drawing? yes it comes out as a thicker linetype when i print, i have tried using different colors, layers, hatches etc, but it doesnt help. i have even tried exploding the hatch and it still shows up as a thicker line in the pdf and prints thicker. if i hatch 5 objects it will only do it to one, and it doesnt matter if i hatch them individually or as one hatch. very frustrating
ColinPearson
I've had similar issues plotting to a pdf. Also have the issue sometimes with text where some characters appear thicker in the pdf (identical text, even between several instances of the same letters). I don't really have a fix for you, but I believe it's a resolution thing. Have you tried turning up the "Quality" setting in the plot dialog?
