xr309
I've found one other post similar to this, but didn't find an answer. When I copyclip a dimension from one drawing with UCS set to world/north, then paste into another drawing with UCS rotated in Z (south for example), the text remains oriented to north. The original drawing doesn't have to be set to world, just something different from the paste orientation. Is there a way to have the text orient itself to the current UCS at paste? SLW210
How do you copyclip/paste? Have you tried Paste to Original Coordinates or Paste as Block?
xr309
How do you copyclip/paste? Have you tried Paste to Original Coordinates or Paste as Block? Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V Yes, I've tried Paste as Orig/Block. Paste as Block does work, but only until exploded, which defeats the purpose.
SLW210
Could you post two examples as .dwg files? Maybe myself or someone else will have time to check it out.
