Oedbrian
Hi, I have used Map3D 2005 for several years and I had some sort of error the other day that caused the program to crash. I can't remember exactly how it happened. However, when I went to open the program back up and open a dwg it wanted me to type in the name of the file in the command line instead of popping up the window to browse to the dwg and select it and open it. It does fine if I type in the path and name of the file, but it is a pain. It does the same thing when I use the Map menu and select Image|Insert. It wants me type in the name of the image instead of popping up the window that I can browse to it and select to inseert it. Can anyone help? Sorry. I found the answer in another post. ReMark
For those who come across this thread but don't come up with the answer on their own. Change the system variable FILEDIA from "0" to "1". Just type FILEDIA at the command line.
