SK
Hi, Firt of all, great site! I found some routines that will grab attributes, etc from cad to excel but I can't seem to find one that can take an entire dwg (with text and lines only - table) to excel. Can this be done (VBA perhaps)? Thanks SK acad2004
rkmcswain
What do you want to put in Excel? Properties of AutoCAD entities? AutoCELL from Dotsoft can do that http://www.dotsoft.com/autocell.htm
SK
If I draw a table ( with test) on a cad dwg, I want to be able to export that table to excel. (I am not sure if this means the attributes) thanks SK ACAD2004
rkmcswain
If I draw a table ( with test) on a cad dwg, I want to be able to export that table to excel. Then you need something like ToolPac from Dotsoft Once you get upgraded to 2007, 2006, or 2005 then you can export a TABLE object (there is no TABLE object in 2004) automatically to CSV. Cad64
leman, please don't dig up any more old threads just to post a link to your app. This thread is 10 years old and the OP has not been back since he posted this question.
