I am looking forward to joining courses in a good training institute .
I would like to know if Pro-E , CATIA and Ansys is a good combination of courses to go about with or should i replace one of them with Solidworks or NXCAD/NXCAM .

i would say solidworks due to the increase in its market share.

But it is dependent upon what discipline you want to work in and many other factors....

I'm hesitant to offer advice as I don't know what your career goals are nor do I know where in the world you plan to find employment. some industries use pro-e more than solid works where others use solid works more and other catia and some of that depends on where you are, I know my counter parts across the pond(in Austria) use pro-e more than anything it seems but I get alot from the US side coming from solid works, just as an example, I'd do some research into what your target industry is using most.
