Detail drawing scaling problem after export

Hi I'm new to inventor,

Currently I'm using AIS2010 and having problem on the scaling problem after I save as my *.idw file to 2004 *.dwg file.

Here is what I usually do,

All my base model is set to 2:1 or 1:1 and detail drawing is either 2:1 or 4:1 and save as *.dwg with option Autocad 2004 drawing, data scaling is base view scale- model space.

But the problem is when open the file in Autocad everything is alright except those detail drawing. When my customer try to add or re-dimension it, it does not should the same dimension as in *.idw. It will be 2 or 4 X bigger the original size.

Note: Drawing to be save in model space only.

Is there any solution for this scaling problem

as best i know there isn't. the only thing you can do is open the autocad drawing and scale the detail views to 1:1. the same as the base scale. this is really easy to do and shouldn't take to long even for reasonably large jobs as you know what the scale factors are. the only other option would be to save the IDW (when completed prior to export) with maybe "scaled" behind the file name and create one IDW that has all views scaled to 1:1. then everything will export the same scale.

sorry I don't have a solution to your issue but if I could ask you a question....How did you export your "details". I have tried to export my 2D inventor drawing into AutoCAD and it will only bring in the base model and the projected views but will not bring in sections or details. What do you think??
